Pro-Housing State Lawmakers Have a 95% Re-Election Rate
This report by YIMBY Action is the first systematic review of electoral outcomes for state lawmakers who have been sponsors of pro-housing bills that were enacted into law. Based on our analysis, we have found that support for state laws to allow more homes are not an impediment to lawmakers’ electoral prospects.
